[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance broadband connection | |||
As we had to shift our residence at the end of may. And also opted for cancellation of connection. Also paid the bill for the month of may. But now a month has passed and people still call for bill payment of june which we haven't used at all and moreover when we try to connect customer care no-one is available. What should we do? Why should we pay for june when we don't even stay there and we had asked to cancel connection? Was this information helpful? | |||
