my broadband conntection not working . i'm not gain speed and dsl lost every 4 to 5 min 30 to 50 seconds. my plan 2 mbps but i recieve 1 mbps apporximate. not visit excutive my place not contact my number. then i call customer care my complaint resolve ur service proper work. jab ki problem exist not resolve . kabhi-2 to jasse customer ko call karnte h to after 3 to 5 min baad 30 minute k liye internet theek chalte h. bhi executive phone aata h haan sir kya problem thi. bolte h sir humre yaha se theek h . aap humre router se check kare. signal range increase karte h. phir after 10 minute old problem exist. dsl lost again. agar yahi customer care n support h. better h .bcoz u lost more cusotmers. b'coz customers not believe ur service. baat karte ho jio ki broadband service theek hoti nhi. sabhi kaam tenders ya uncomfotable executive pr chalte ho.mai bhi move kar jouga ur services se.
