Reliance Communications — Reliance + Broadband + False Commitments | |||
Do not trust Reliance Sales persons. The guy came to my house and said the internet connection would be setup in 2 days. Its more than a week now and the connection is yet to set up. I just refused other Broadband Options just because this sales person made a false commitment. The guy got the full payment in advance and is now not picking up the phone at all. The customer care seems very rude and is not really bothered. Now, Ideally I would want my money back and would want to see the back of reliance broadband team. I am just stuck without internet. Why do I have to fill up the form again when you already have my details.
Instead of asking me to fill up the form, you should have set up my broadband connection by now.
