I have not been receiving my internet connection since september 15, 2017. Furthermore, i had made several attempts at calling their customer service team. However, since my first attempt till date, i keep receiving an automatic voice response stating "due to exigency, our services are currently unavailable. Thank you for contacting reliance broadband". I had even emailed them, but have not received any response yet.
Now i am receiving an e-bill stating my payment (Rs. 942.59) is due on october 11, 2017.
This is very unreasonable.
I am writing this complaint hoping something will be done.
