I have been using Reliance CDMA phone since last few months. Since last few days my phone was not working so I register a complaint online. They informed me that they stopped CDMA service and customer has to upgrade to GSM. I have been using this number since long and there is no intimation from Reliance that they are stopping service. Moreover, I need to pay for an upgrade though it's asked by Reliance. There is no response from the customer care despite writing emails to them. I have no idea on what to do?
