I REGISTERED A COMPLAINT REGARDING 20 OCT 2013 AND 25 OCT 2013 WITH Service Request ID[protected] NOW MATTER IS SHOWN CLOSED IN WEBSITE. BUT STILL I HAVE NOT RECIVED ANY DATA. THE CUSTOMER CARE OF NO. 198 IS NOT REACHABLE
