[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance communication employees cheating customers | |||
This is anuradha, i gave a compalint regarding [protected] sim misuse, nobody didn't take action regarding this, i already sent two complaints before this, we didn't get any solution, till the date this sim was active status. And that complaint status was showing resolved. We make hundred of calls and 25 to 30 mails for problem resolving, nobody didn't take any action regarding this issue, today also i spoke to customer care unit, they said they didn't get any termination request. Who is the responsible person will ready to solve the customer problems.
