[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance communications sent me threaten mail even i paid the bills promptly.

Under the instructions from our client, m/s. Reliance communications ltd., and m/s. Reliance communications infrastructure limited, reliance center, 4th floor, plot no. 38, phase-2, beside ananth building, hi-tech city, madhapur, hyderabad 500081. (Hereinafter referred to as “our client”)

You are aware that our client is engaged in the business of providing unified telecommunication services to its valid customers. You have availed the said services from our client by submitting the requisite customer application form and other documents under relationship no[protected] and mdn no.[protected]- provided by our client. The said services were provided by our client in pursuance of the terms and conditions and you have specifically agreed and undertook to pay all service charges in full without any deduction, set off or withholding with respect to the services availed by you. Our client has been generating statements of service charges and the same are dispatched to you regularly from time to time for the services availed by you.

We state that, you have defaulted in payment of the service charges and consequent to the said default, there is an outstanding amount of rs.1149/-in your account. You have failed to pay the said dues in spite of repeated requests and reminders from our client and this has caused wrongful loss to our client.

Wherefore, you are called upon to pay a sum of rs.1149/- to our client within seven days from the date of receipt of this notice. The said amount should be paid by cash / dd / pay order in favor of “rwsl[protected]”or can also be paid at any reliance outlets of ada group. Failing which, we shall initiate civil and criminal proceedings against you before the competent court of law at your own cost and risk.

Hi,

I am venkat y paid all the bills promptly without any dues. There is no pending bills which i suppose to pay.

1) i am really not sure which dues i am suppose to clear.
2) i raised request for de activation of the data card well ahead of time before clearing off the dues.
3) even i stopped using the data card before bill generation and paid the bill which is generated also

Please validate the usage of my data card and let me know. I would like to have a word with the concerned person or customer care regarding these charges that have been associated towards this data card number and surprisingly no one have answered to me so far and till date i could not have a word for these charges.

I really wonder how after 8 months you sent me threatening emails as if i have ignored all sort of communication with the reliance so far.

Please don't send such mails i was already paid. How can i pay the bill without using any data usage through this data card.

My concern is that how could reliance charge me for the dues which i am not associated and that too after 8 months. I paid total amount at the last billed date, i don't have any dues. Luckily i maintained all the communication history and the emails without deleting them. I never ignored any osrt of communication with any of these people but why such threatening emails. This is completely unprofessional from reliance.

I am Venkat Y paid all the bills promptly without any dues. There is no pending bills which i suppose to pay.

1) I am really not sure which dues i am suppose to clear.
2) I raised request for de activation of the data card well ahead of time before clearing off the dues.
