[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance data balance deducted | |||
Dear sir, i am nitin mogre i had recharged my reliance gsm sim with rs93 on 5 may because i got the special offer from reliance that in 93 rupees i get 10gb 2g data so i recharged it but it was giving slow speed thats why i did a small 3g recharge but after 2 day on 7th may in the morning i saw that my all 10gb data is gone, i used only 300-400mb and it is not possible for anyone to use all 10gb 2g data in one night. I contacted the customer care 3 times but they didn't solve my problem. Now i have only promo balance which i got from reliance insta care app, and they said that i already have data but that's only a promo balance. Please resolve my problem. My no. Is [protected]. I am using reliance gsm prepaid connection number [protected]. But there is no network signal since last 15 days. Kindly look at the matter seriously earliest. Prompt action should be taken by you as this could vanish brand value of reliance.
