[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance Data Card Netconnect Cheating Customers | |||||
Reliance Netconnect of Anil Ambani group has the tradition of cheating customers with offers and then bringing up new offers simultaneously disconnecting the previous one. Many people were offered with Lifetime internet and we purchased the Netconnect Data Card. But now they are upgrading to 4G and wants us to spend more money to buy the new device. Going by the trend, they will come up with another device and force us to buy the new device. After all we are just helpless customers. Do you want to be the next, then buy their new product it is Wipod device. Besides, what is the assurance that we will get connection while roaming?
