Reliance Communications — reliance datacard bill

My name is V.Mohan. My datacard number is[protected] and plan is 1 GB. we always use below 1 GB. But this the third time we get the bill value for more than 1 GB. I already complianed about it. But the bill value for 25.12.2013 to 24.01.2014 is again more than 1 GB. The bill also shows we use more than 1 GB.How this is happened?Why we pay more than we use?.Why this happened again and again? Please take action.
