Hello, I am writing this complaint with regards to call centre executive which they are providing wrong information and not agree to take the inputs which is correct and they are enough confident to cheat the coustomers. Even they don't about process even don't what is the process and how we can follow. If i am not wrong evey company having their herarchie to meet the coustomers. Which seems not following in reliance by their executive. Five minutes back i called with my [protected] contact number for balanced deduction but unfortunately they don't have any such information.
