Sir, i would like to inform you that reliance gsm network is down from last 2 days no signals therefore we are not even able to port our number to other network. Thus it is creating a lot of fuss as all my official documents contain this no. I am not even able to receive otps and other important messages. This problem is just not faced by me but other family members who use reliance gsm are facing the very same problem. We now want to port our no. To other network. Please do something about it asap.
