[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance gsm sim | |||
I recharged for Rs 152 today where I was offered 3gb data for 28 days. It's more than 4 hours and then too my data balance was not credited to my number. Also my balance was deducted in 3 intervals, first Rs 5 then Rs 18 and then again Rs 5. I called to customer care where they told me that balance was deducted due to a SMS but I did not send any SMS. They denied to refund my balance and provided me with no assisstance. Was this information helpful? | |||
