[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Reliance gsm unable to get otp on my reliance gsm mobile number

Dear sir,

I am a reliance customer and using reliance gsm number [protected] .
This number is registered in my Aadhar and bank account . I am unable to do
Any transaction for last one month, because whenever i make payment
Using net banking, otp is not coming on my registered number. Moreover, i am not able to download or e-verify my aadhar card either. Due to this, i am facing a lot of problem . Whenever i call reliance customer care, they tell
me that is not the fault of our side . I discussed this with the bank and they told me that is not our issue an i am getting otp on my other mobile number registered with another bank account of the bank. You can contact me on alternate contact number [protected] as well if needed.
