[Resolved] Reliance Communications — reliance - harassment sms for paying bill for unused service. | |||
I had a reliance internet connection some where april 2009-10. It was a rented house and agreement was over so i had to move to different house. That time i have paid my pending bill and call to customer care and they have confirmed me over call that, they registered my request to disconnect. I have not taken back my deposit also. After 7-8 years i have not any thing /any track record or evidence to prove. I have totally forgot about the connection. Now all of a sudden after 7-8 years i have received an email alert as : "today is the last date to withdraw notice hence pay rs 2899 caf [protected] or else be present on 9/9/17 at pune court call irfan [protected] for queries rcom" This is totally unacceptable and unethical. If someone did not use service and service provider delayed the dis-connection request, why consumer should pay the bill. Please can someone help here. Was this information helpful? | |||
