This is with regarding PORTING of my prepaid reliance no. [protected]. I have been trying to PORT it from last 2 months and raised 3 times Unique Code (by sending to 1900) to another service provider and evevrytime myy request was denied. I have been following through cutomer care / twitter n all to get it done. I am tired of doing follow up why you are rejecting my request every time without stating the reason behind it. I never came across professional people like you who don;t even bother about customer's cpmcern and take it very low. It is really surprised to see the way your god damn organization fuinctions; Don't you think that it is your responsibility to revert of matter on priority and resolve it at the earliest possible. Every organization has some SLAs to which they adhere to and looks like you neither have any pre-defined protocols nor even established SLAs to address your consumers.
