I have been facing a very weird issue now a days with my connection. I am a jio prime customer and supposed to get 1 gb data every day. It is showing that i am getting 1 gb data every day but the problem is that i am not using net that much and every day in the evening when i am checking the data it shows 100-200 mb left.
On checking the data usage in my account section of my jio app, i found on numerous occasion that the data around 500-600 mb is used on few days. Please check it in your system as i am able to see only two days history. This huge data is showing being used in my no around 5 am - 6 am. But i want to make it clear that everyday i wake up around 7 am. I kp my phone swtch off at night. I dont use net at 5 am.
When i said the same things to one of your executive megha gupta (Please check in my call history and hear the recording for the correct name of the executive as i am not sure about her last name), she started arguing that i have used. Being an unsatisfied customer i have all the right to ask your representative to raise a complaint but she denied and i had to write this email to you by taking out my valuable time.
It is the case of either it issues or may be not giving the customers the qty of data as promised.
Look into the matter otherwise i will have to escalate to trai.
