[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance Legal Notice for the service that I haven't used | |||
I got a notice from OM SAI ASSOCIATE on behalf of reliance communications for the payment of Rs 527. I have no idea what are these charges for. The broadband dongle [protected] stopped working in the month of Aug 2016 as it was a CDMA instrument. I did not bother to upgrade it GSM. I paid the monthly rental that was due for the month of Aug 2016 and made numerous attempt to get the connection terminated. Everytime I called the customer service I was told that there was some issue with the termination department due to which the call cannot be transferred. I have sent multiple emails including the nodal officer to get the connection terminated but never received any response.I had even visited the Reliance Communication outlet but was told that the connection termination will have to be done by calling the Reliance Customer Care. I have been the customer of Reliance Broadband for 9 years and have been paying the monthly rental regularly. But here I am not entitled pay the amount because the service was stopped by Reliance as they had upgraded to GSM. Was this information helpful? | |||
