In the month of april 2017, during the renovation of my apartment, the dongle of the mobile internet was misplaced and i have not been able to trace it till date. I have, therefore, not been using the mobile internet service since april 2017, though i have been paying your monthly bills upto date.
Since i am unable to trace the dongle, i request you to cancel the service and not send me any bill in the future.
Please note that i will not be able to pay any future bills, since i have not been using the mobile internet since april 2017.
I shall be grateful if you will refund to me the monthly payments made by me from april to july 2017.
