Reliance Communications — Reliance net connect wi pod 4g service bill | |||
Hello sir, It is to notify you that i am the latest victim of fraudism by reliance communication. I have been using the reliance net connect wipod since january' 2015 with a monthly plan of rs 299 and 5gb plan. After the limit the plan was unlimited but the speed was restricted. Last month i got an sms from reliance customer care to change the existing wipod device with the new 4g wipod device by paying an amount of rs 2699. I purchased the device in july'16 as their was a notice of discontinuing cdma service and starting of 4g gsm service. The problem started when they without intimating changed my plan and charged very high. As per them they have changed my plan from rs 299 per month 5 gb to rs 300 per month 1 gb also with the limited data usage. When i raised my concern about change of plan, they replied with a lie that they have already intimated the users by emails, phone calls and sms, none of these i have received. They are cheating with these strategy to almost all the users. Kindly file a complaint against them. My dongle number is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
