[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Reliance net pack of Rs.246/- with 2 GB - complaint.

Sir, I being the Reliance Mobile Consumer No.[protected], had purchased on 26th Dec, 13 through online a net-pack of Rs.246/- with 2 GB. But just after fixing in his laptop through Dongle the balance was shown zero. I was surprised within a minutes or more how the balance can came down to zero when I did not use my dongle. On query, I am told from Customer Care that the pack is meant for Mobile only, but not for Dongle. Now my question is that why the company is hiding the relevant information that the net pack is meant only for Mobile. I have been cheated by hiding tactics of the company. For such illegal deduction, I missed an opportunity of an employment inasmuch as that was the last night of sending the C.V to be sent to the higher authority. I failed to send such information and missed the scope of employment of Rs.10, 000/- P.M. I am frustrated of the Deptt. I have seen that In every such occasions public are the victim of such cleaver tactics of the companies. My question is that why the company is hiding the relevant information to its customers. If I could have been provided with such information, I should not purchase such pack. I think it is the duty and responsibility of the company to avoid unnecessary harassment to the common mass.
