Reliance Communications — Reliance Netconnect+ Bill Payment Double Charged | |||
Hi, I am Relaince Netconnect+ (data card) user from last 8+ months using 750 plan which costs me Rs. 90 as service tax and makes my bill of Rs. 833. Because of late payment I am paying Rs. 100 extra each months. Today, when I made a payment Rs. 943 for March month, the website which never works properly did not show me the payment successful message and redirect me to the home page once again. After that I got a call from Reliance Store with number [protected] and she told me that your payment was not successful and because of the web-site issue, you have to repay. I did the payment once again and it was successful. I checked my bank statement and found that I have paid twice for the same. I called customer care and asked for the refund. But they are denying and also not ready to agree the mistake by Reliance. I also called [protected] who told me that payment was unsuccessful but she is not now receiving the call. I have already paid a lot to Relaince and now just want to close the connection and refund. Can you please help? Was this information helpful? | |||
