Iam still getting calls and letters stating amount to be unpaid. As I discussed earlier why should I pay for the negligence of you people. Every time when they call they check the usage and check the early calls information and feedbacks and conclude that it is generated wrongly. But why I am getting letters and calls asking us to pay the bill for.
Even I have called umpteen times the customer care regarding this issue. Template type of answers saying how do we know it is between you and customer care outlets. We can only initiate request. I was paying my bills correctly for more than 1.5years and why reliance want to cheat a customer who doesn't want their service?
