my reliance wipod connection number:- [protected]
i am using reliance wipod for the past 3 months and suddenly the signal stopped. i taught my data got over and i recharger for 1499rs for 18gb on 15/8/2016 again i didt get the signal then i contacted customer care they informed that we have to exchange device and apply for 4G.
i contacted a local retailer in nagercoil and walked for 3 days and nothing happened they told i have to pay and buy a new device (local retailer:-4G Com 420 KP road, chettiukulam jn-629001)
then i contacted customer care number[protected] and i called for more than five times and they told i have to buy new device and the recharge is not carry over to 4G and that recharge which i done for 1499 is unaccountable becoz it was done as 3g data. my question is why they accept my recharge for 3G if they cancelled 3G. and then i asked to return my recharge amount becoz the plan was cancelled at the period i done the recharge. they ask me to wait more than 40mis in line and cut the phone without any reply. i have the screen shot also.
As my part i bogt wipod 3months back and i paid 2600rs for that wipod device and now they asking to pay and buy new device is a not worthy deal. so i asking to return my recharge amount 1499rs. as it was recharged after they cancelled 3G connection.
i dont want to continue the service. i was very much disappointed and very much torchured becoz of this matter kindly do my needs as early as possible.
