[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Reliance Netconnect+ Connection Failure

Hi, I am using a Reliance Netconnect + Dongle In Sonipat-131001, HARYANA having no [protected] and having a unlimited plan of 1299. But Since March 1, i am unable to use it because of some network errors. every time i call customer care they told me that it will be fixed till midnight or till 4pm but it didn't. They straight away refused to even register a complaint. And It's been 20days now and i am still facing the same every day.i call them every day and they bluntly refused to lodge a complaint every time. This is the worst situation i have ever felt as a consumer. This is your final wakeup call. Plz resolve this ASAP. this is very urgent .
