I have been using the reliance net connect (Also reliance mobile) for some years now; and i always pay advance money for few month - so i have been taken granted. The customer care never responded to my complaints and made me suffer for few months now. I have sent my message by email and also by courier mail to disconnect my net connect with reliance. Please check on this and relieve me from the evil clutches of the customer care people in reliance communication thanks

I would very much appreciate your immediate action and getting my net connect cancelled.

They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY
