Hi ms. Amita shetty,
I am using reliance netconnect from 6 +years, regret for being your customer.
Reliance netconnect recharged on 26 july 2016 for rs 1500 connection#[protected]
I am not able to use the datacard.
I am calling customer care every day they are telling due to 4g migration we are facing this issue.
If the issue is due to migration, please don’t allow users to recharge online or provide an alternative solution.
We are working on critical project and i need the connection working.
Because of reliance migration issue and poor service given by reliance customer care executives – amount recharged is waste.
From 26 july every day i am calling it’s been more than a week now you people are not giving any resolution.
I need a immediate action to resolve the issue. Else i will stop using this data card hence forth.

Spoken to many cusotmer care executives.. Few name i can recall are

Steps taken from 26th july but still did not work.
1. Uninstall netconnect and reinstall
2. Tried high speed 1x
3. Asked the customer care executive to arrange a call back from their supervisor or manager so that i can make them understand the priority of my issue.
You people don't care about customers
