I am a reliance customer using net connect [protected]. According to instruction from reliance i submitted proposal online for 4g up gradation on[protected]. An amount of rs 1599 was debited from my account on the same day. The up gradation is not done so far and a large number of my requests are not responded by reliance customer care and support. kindly do the needful in this regard Was this information helpful? | |||||

Reliance communication oho very unprofessional behaviour. I opted 699/- jalsa plan but I have hardly used any call or net because there was not the signal. I forward all call to my alternate no and after 3 month I am trying to port out they cheaters are neither porting it nor giving the exact status of port.

Reliance communication conducts business with unethical practices. Offered earlier 999 unlimited 3g plan but after upgrade it is just 5GB.
