Dear reliance team, I tried reaching to customer care executive on phone and it says due to emergency services are not available and tried reaching out to your stores, both do not have any option to cancel the connection.#[protected]. I have placed my request for connection cancellation on 23 january 2018 and no response from you yet. Still i am receiving bills from you.
