My number is [protected]-reliance communications. Rcom automatically stopped all the services in november 2017 of rcom announcing the discontinuation of service. I didn't wanted to port out the number and thought number would get deactivated automatically. But still getting bill on dec 2017 as well as jan 2017. I have paid the bills though there is no usage at all and no network. Mail has already been sent to customer care on official id for the discontinuation of the number. No customer care is available on phone last three months. Reliance store is also closed. When i had gone in november 2017 to reliance store they had told me number would get automatically disconnected. But still getting bills regularly despite no service or network. Pathetic there is no usage but still bill is generating for postpaid sim and asking to pay the rent plus tax. Tried contacting customer care, also sent email but no response.
