Reliance Communications — Reliance Outlet service and Customer service | |||
I requested to change my netconnect+([protected]) form post-paid to prepaid on April 4th, 2015. I submitted my ID and address proof also. They told It will be activated within 7 working days. Still It is not activated. I contacted customer care, he asked to visit Reliance Outlet again. For that I have to waste my time, money and energy. This is happening every time. This is 3rd time for me. Very bad service. I lost 1500 rupees because of Reliance Outlet. Totally I fed up with Reliance. Was this information helpful? | |||
