[Resolved] Reliance Communications — reliance postpaid | |||
I opted for advance payment plan for my rel postpaid no. 91*48. This plan is for 4 month arp 897 plan. I paid rs. 1058.00 on jul 12, 2017.in aug 2017; i called reliance customer care for the purpose of activating my roaming plan, as it was deactivated from your end and i was facing problem. In the mean time they have deactivated my old plan and again activated my 897arp plan. Now they are saying i need to pay 1058 again to enjoy the services. Outgoing services are blocked. I need clarification and why i need to pay again for which i already paid in july, 2017. So accordingly i need not to pay till nov 2017. How it is possible that i will pay for the same for which i had already paid. Was this information helpful? | |||
