Reliance Communications — Reliance Wi-pod 4G [protected]
Its been more than a week now I didn't hear anything from the customer care team, neither received any acknowledgement to the emails I sent to Appellate authority, datacard support team, customer care etc... My only concern is I have been paying as per the regular plan rs.999/- assuming which I continued with the migration and it was clearly mentioned in the 4G upgrade form that "there is no change in current data plans". I paid for the device Rs. 899/- and the existing one which I bought 6 months ago is now useless for which I lost Rs. 1600/-. All of sudden my service was suspended and after inquiring I came to know that due to excess usage it got suspended and I have to pay the bill following which they will activate the service. The regular bill amount is Rs. 1143/- inclusive VAT. Now I got the bill for the month of July which is Rs. 4689/- why am I suppose to pay Rs. 3546/- extra when it is clearly mentioned in the 4G upgrade form that there is no change in current data plan. If there is any change in data plan Reliance CC team should have informed me prior to the migration so that I would have never bought the device neither migrated to 4G. I need a quick response on this issue at the earliest. I request the concerned department to revise the bill amount and terminate the service right away. I don't want to continue with Reliance anymore. One of the worst & disgusting customer care I have ever seen. Was this information helpful?
