I am using reliance dongle [ post paid ] past five to six year. Due to up-gradation from your side you people told to take 4g sim and wipod device. Issue 1: with out any clear communication you people stooped my broadband connection on this month 10-aug-2016 [ [protected] ]. Issue 2: i have order wipod device on 10 aug 2016 in http://shop.rcom.co.in website payment also made, but till now no response from you side regarding device when it will reach [ order referrence :bosnpmyhi ].
