I have purchased a reliance wi-pod mini lava mf three months ago from reliance store in malad west mumbai, at the time of purchasing, it was very strongly told that the speed of the internet will be upto 10-12 MBPS, but i really got shocked when the connection got activated and i got a very poor internet speed of 112kbps not even 1 mbps. I have complain the same to reliance customer care several time, but they said everything is perfect from there end and advise me to replace the device with LAVA. I have replaced the device with LAVA also, but of no use. Still the internet speed is 112 to 512kbps. all the settings and changes done as per reliance customer care but of no use. no i am feed up with this issue as my complete business is internet based. requesting the reliance team to sort out this issue and provide me a valuable and logical response at the earliest. my reliance wi-pod no. is [protected] registered in the name of PASIR PADMANABHAN.
