[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Reliance wi pod termination | |||||
Hi, my name is venkataraghavan. I called to terminate my reliance wipod connection the reliance customer service employees are misbehaving by transferring my calls to different departments for hours. No one bothers to answer the call after being transferred to termination department. I have called more than 5 times and every time i am on hold for hours without any response. This is clearly misconduct on their part and they are doing this so that they can send me bill without me using their service. They are not ready to terminate my connection for no reason at all.
