[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — reliance wifi pod not working since more than a month

We had purchased reliance wifi connection (Model no. Wd670) of rs. 8300 for 1 year starting from 10 july 2017 from your employee anand soni. Attached receipt for the same.

However since 2nd august we are not receiving any internet connection.

Your sales manager i. E anand soni is not accepting our calls even after calling him hundred of times.

We believed in reliance communication brand name and your employee also showed his company card.

But we didn't know that your employee is duping us in the name of your company.

We are very frustrated and have totally lost faith in your brand name.

We are looking for some resolution from your end otherwise we have to go to consumer court.
