Reliance Communications — Relocation not being completed

Jio — JioFiber relocation not done for 20 days

I requested for relocating my JioFiber connection .Jio is yet to relocate my connection. Till day i have Been making calls to the customer care but no resolution has been given . They keep rescheduling the appointment of engineer visit . It's difficult as I am working from home . I need the connection urgently but there's no response from their end. I don't think they are going to visit . Neither they are ready to cancel the connection . They want me to purchase new connection . They have given me another unconfirmed date of relocation but again they are not going to visit and complete the process for sure .
