I had visited the reliance mobile store no.9, hosur main road, electronic city, bangalore - 560100; to register a complaint in regards to network and inquiring about the latest offers for postpaid customers. The representative by name karthik was not even aware of any offers or ready to take my complaint. Karthik was so irresponsible, first; he denied to talk to me saying he is busy and later he was so rude that i had to leave the shop with out any info. Was this information helpful? | |||||
