Respected Sir, I want to Disconnect my Reliance Postpaid connection. I have previously lodged an Port and disconnect application date 22/07/2017 and 04/08/2017, on phone & E-mail but no action has been taken yet. I am already paid security money and Advance for adjustment my last bill (Per Connection) 300+299=599/- . Your Current Outstanding Rs. 353/- (Per Connection) as on Dated 22/07/2017 for bill period 22 July 2017 to 21 August 2017. Please adjustment advance & security money in last bill (Last bill date 22 July 2017). Details of Postpaid connection:- Mobile Number: [protected] & [protected] Please take action immediately.
