Dear sir/madam,

It feels really sad to cancel the internet connection provided by your company from last 8 years. The connection is on the name of ranganatha rao ml and the internet account number is [protected].

Being in the communication and web world industry, you are familiar with the changes that are coming up every day in the technology. Now it is not a time to keep using the conventional form of broadband connection. Things have changed from the system personal computers to the android technology on the smartphone which requires wireless connection. Your company has failed to provide with the required changes in the internet connection. This makes me to take a hard decision to discontinue with the current internet connection and opt for the wireless connection.

I value the company’s outstanding service till this time. I request you to cancel the internet connection data service as soon as possible. A written confirmation will be highly appreciated.

Updated by ranganatharaoml Request that with immediate effect please cancel the Reliance Data Card Broad Band connection with MDN Number [protected]

Reason: Despite continuous follow up and several phone calls, with your Reliance representatives at Bangalore and Customer service number is not working, no proper response was received for changing the broad band data card connection to High Speed Broad Band data card. I had no option but to go for other service provider for High Speed Broad Band Data Card.

Hence request for de-activation of Reliance Broad Band Data Card with MDN Number [protected]. Lest, all our colleagues will opt for another service provider.
