Reliance Communications — Request of change of plan-[protected]/ 3G not working.

Dear Team,

I t is very much unfortunate to say that how musch poor service I am getting from Reliance as I am a new customer.

I wanted to to change my plan from 450 movinet to 475 moviet by calling your [censored]ing customer care yesterday.

But your [censored]ing executives tried to activating my desired plan online through MCCD but failed several times as confirmed form them.

Your online activation always sucks when any online activation request comes up.

Please fix all these cramps from your ends asasp.

The plan has been changed as per request but 3G benefit i am not getting.

I am still getting 2G benefit.

Pls do the needfull.
