[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Requesting for the payment for non service of internet data service

Hi,
i bought reliance wifipod ([protected])for Rs. 1500 in the month of may. from the beginning i had the network issue and i made the 6 complaints to solve this issue but no action is taken from reliance. But they keep on claimed the payment for not providing the proper service. 3 months bill is waived off based on my complaints.for august they keep asking to pay of Rs.749 since they closed the 3G service. please take necessary action.

no the complaint is not resolved yet. how you can close the ticket without the resolution. still i am getting the SMS to pay for the service that you didn't provide us properly. dont cheat the customers.

Updated by K R Raj Today I received the message from reliance again to pay the amount with 25% discount. I am not why still requesting me to pay for the service you doesn't provided to me. I cannot pay bill. Please take back your device give and return back my money of rs1500. I already wasted so much time regarding this issue.

They are doing this fraud to everyone. I have terminated the netconnect number [protected] on 18th june 2016 and confirmed the termination by calling their customer care (call recording available). One month later, i got a bill with a different tariff plan for my terminated number . When I call the customercare asking this they will disconnect the call ...Fraud management, Fraud cutomercare.. TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY

Thousands of poor people are being harassed and cheated by Reliance . We should unite and move together against this FRAUD COMPANY .
