Reliance Communications Retail Outlet — Wrong plan - wrong bill - services barred | |||||
I bought new reliance wi-pod connection on December 2015 from retailer. I have opted for Rs 599/- unlimited plan, but the retailer choosed Rs1999/- unlimited plan. After bill generation for 1st month, i got mail from reliance for payment of 1999/-. As i bought notice this problem and presented to the retailer, he passed the time without paying. After 1 month he paid Rs841/-, but not full. I asked him to change the plan to Rs599/- as the problem could repeat for next month. He did not show any concern in changing the plan. And so the bill got generated for 2nd time on jan 25th 2016, with total due Rs1705/-. I asked to resolve this issue before my services get barred. But he did not. he asked me to have patience till 19th-feb-2016(fri). And on saturday reliance barred me from using services. As i reported the same to the retailer, from the very next moment he did not respond till now. Retailer name is GOPI(cell No.[protected]. Retail outlet location : Marathahalli, bengaluru. I want to continue my relationship with reliance as i am using its services from 2012. And i hope some action will be taken against retailer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
