Reliance Communications — return my remains demo balance [protected]

I prem gupta s/o - joginder pal aggarwal from punjab having reliance gsm no [protected] which remaining demo (E top balance is inr1836after reliance shutting down it's service in odisha circle. But reliance didn't do anything to return my remaining balance back.
So please do the needful to return my remaining balance for which i can get my remaining balance back... Pls contact [protected]
