[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Route is busy unable to make calls for 4 days customer care very very worst

I have recharged with 196 to my number [protected] 4 days back i am facing big issue making calls to other network is not possible and often mobile signal disconnected and frequently aim facing the issue this route is busy, so i decided to call customer care for past 3 days when aim speaking with customer care their answer is very rude and their not respecting their customers at all i just ask them when this problem will solve they are just replying we dont know exact date and again today i called customer care once again first one lady pick my call i informed her aim facing this issue for past 4 days but lady answer is very ridiculous she is not at all giving proper answer at all and she is giving rude answer to me reversely is this way to talk with customers she just replied i will transfer call to senior official and then i just waited for more than 30 minutes to speak with senior official but i can say he is not senior official at all when aim asking to take complaint against this and give me complaint number he said that he will not take any complaint and will not give any number and talking very rudely to customer i said i will put mail to reliance against this and even i will complaint on consumer again he started tali kin rudely and disconnect my call is this way to talk with customers by the way of talking i was upset on reliance customer care behaviour not only him but every customer care in reliance is talking in this way i was paying money and executive talking with customers rudely means its very bad i dint expect this from reliance very very worst service aim asking complaint board to take severe action against this not only me some of them reliance customers are facing this issue

still problem was not solved for more than one week still ism facing same issue customer service is worst and again same response from their end just return my money or else extend my offer
