My number is [protected]. I had recharged with the Rs. 241 pack two or three days ago which promised me 1GB data per day. The previous day's data gets over at 12:00 A.M. but the next day's data does not start at midnight. Because of this, my balance which was around 220 then has fallen to 120 now and I realised this only yesterday. This is also not the first time that I have lost balance due to the poor data management system of yours. In the past also, I have lost around Rs. 500 which is why I had to stop recharging my talktime balance and buy the services of some other network operator.
