[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Rs. 500 balance deducted | |||||
I had recharged rs. 500 balance in the phone number [protected] on 7th of july. And suddenly they have deducted the whole balance from my phone number. And when asked about the same from the company, they say that they don't have any details regarding the deduction. I have also cross checked with the company and there are no active value added services on my number. I want them to refund me the money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had recharged with rs 93 yesterday. after recharge the net is not starting, i have already complaint to reliance customer care 3-4 times but noone is listening to me. they cut the call without any answer. please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will complaint to consumer court and will port my no. to any other network.
