My mobile number is [protected].I register a complain regarding net connectivity on 16th june 2017, complain number[protected], they promised to ressolve the problem within 3days.But till 26th june my problem was not been solved.Then I register a complain aggain on 26th june and 28th june.But till now as date 03th july my problem has not been solved. Actually my problem is, I can not acces my internet connectivity I have a net pack of 3g for 70 days validity.When I called to customer care they always told to wait wait and wait.But from 14th june I am waiting .How many days they take to solve my problem.I realise that they cheat me.Out of 70day of net pack 20days is over .When my problem will ssolve and how many days can I use this net pack???????????? Answer me Reliance. You are a very fraud company. Reliance customer care said network team will reach to your house to solve your problem.But they didn't reach me. What's the hell?????????????????????????????????///////////////// My alternate number is [protected]. Aug 4, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Reliance Communications customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 24, 2017 purnakm's response What the hell will I do with your 2g speed, just deactivate my plan and refund my amount. I have also raised a complaint in reliance iCare and there is no response till now from there executive, is this the way you resolve your customer services?

Reliance comunication centers and Customercare center people worst maintanince to solve problems. I never ever seen these type of response.even i can't reach customer people second time for issues .please upgrade your performance for your future.

I call Reliance customer care executive not answer my query. My mobile number is[protected]. I have a network issue in my mobile so please support me your customer care executive is not support me.
Reliance is the biggest fraud company don't ever opt for reliance.
Worst customer service, they don't even have knowledge on what services they provide. Bloody looters the worst ever network. Fraud reliance. They just need money.
